But that has changed. With increased online communication, cheaper flights, it is no longer such a challenge to live abroad.

A few words about me.

As indicated, I am Jérémie. I am mechanical engineer, French, and also Chilean since 2022.

Since 2007, I have been living and working abroad: Stockholm, Belfast, London, New York, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, to name a few.

After 6 years doing internal audit in a large corporate bank, I relocated to Chile in 2014 and created expat.cl in 2016, to help expatriates get their visas and relocate to Santiago.

That's when I started to use my internal audit background to dissect the Chilean immigration laws and find creative solutions for my clients.

My main acquisition channel as always been online marketing.

For one reason:
